"For many years the caravan industry was tied down by the conception "new ideas was not good" and shod any European or USA idea of design or construction. I am pleased to say that I don't count you in that category". |

If you thought the royal wedding was good. Well our day was better.... WE Strolled into Sunland and took possession of our new... THE Very first one.... PATRIOT LT..... WHAT A beautiful piece of work... The last couple of weeks we've been in and out of Sunland watching the guys at work. The first thing you notice is how proud of their work they are ... From Roy to all the guys in the workshop. (and don't forget Noel, she does all the upholstery... AND to perfection). One day we walked in and Brenda remarked "maybe we should have had a couple more cupboards here".....NOTHING Was said... HOWEVER, two days later we put our heads through the van door... AND There were the extra cupboards. Nothing was too much trouble to them and we were always welcome. Roy and the staff have been fabulous. It was really great for two women in their 60's to walk in and be treated with such respect. (anyone who read my past comments on the forum will know that in the past some places didn't give us that respect, when we first started searching for a new van). We hitched up the van and headed off up the D'Aguilar highway to Woodford and the Prado didn't miss a beat, the van sat really great. I'm really going to enjoy towing this van around Australia. The inside features are just perfect. If you'd like to see the van just call Roy, we're about 20mins from Sunland and your welcome, and we'll be very proud to show you. from Caravanners Forum |
