The Patriot was designed to go anywhere and be lived in for extended periods. It had to be functional and durable. After exhaustive research and development, it was launched at the 2010 Brisbane Camping and Caravan Show, where it was a big hit.
It's not too difficult to see why. The package of a tough-as-nails construction and high-quality fit-out has simply been too good for many to ignore.
The Wyss family own and run the business from Caboolture, just outside Brisbane. All the designing, engineering and building of the caravans takes place on site. As they are involved with all aspects of the production process, they are so confident in their product that they offer a three-year off-road warranty on the van and a massive 20-year warranty on the chassis.
Furthermore, the warranty is from the manufacturer rather than a dealer. Manufacturer's warranties are generally better regarded in the industry, as the makers have a vested interest in maintaining their brand's integrty. They are also well placed to find a suitable repairer if you are on the other side of the country, in the unlikely event something should go wrong.
