All of our caravans have chassis made from galvanised, reinforced steel. This ensures that our structures have great longevity and are incredibly safe.
Below are the size specifications for the chassis of the Emerald 20’6”:
- Chassis Length – 5650mm/18’6”
- A-Frame – 1775mm/5’9”
- Back Bar - 450mm/1’6”
- Spare wheel – 250mm/10”
- Total Length – 8125mm

| HEIGHTS |
| Depending on the level of optional features, our caravans will vary slightly in size and it is thus difficult to provide exact specifications. The Emerald stands roughly 6-6.3 metres tall, depending on the layout and chosen accessories. |

| WEIGHTS |
Tare weights (the weight of the empty vehicle) can vary from caravan to caravan, so every product we build is taken over the weigh bridge and made to comply accordingly to specifications.
ATM weights can be requested by the customer to suit individual needs, but the minimum will always be 400 kilos for a tandem axle or 300 kilos for a single axle. The normal range is between 600 and 800 kilos on average and can be as high as 1000 kilos or more. |
